Dayan, Surman, Odi, and Poci are 4 friends who live in Laopo Village, Buton Island. These four flocks share the same vision of carrying out their hereditary traditions, preserving the sea. Their similar economic backgrounds make them have an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. Their adventure begins when they find a great many dead fish floating on the surface of the sea. The four of them were determined to find out the cause. Meanwhile, Odi, with his intelligence and passion, discovers unexpected facts about the Poci family, which causes Poci to become a grudge against Odi, but everything ends up backfired on Odi In addition to raising real issues regarding the marine environment in the country, this novel also tells about family affection, between parents and children, friendship, mutual aid and entrepreneurship.
