Using semiotics, the book tries to explain how far that political power is reflected in the drama stage. The four productions of The Koma, Mandiri and Sae Theaters were used as material for his analysis. As a compiler of the thesis, Radhar is very aware that what is meant by facts is actually a construst of facts, which is not easy to compile. That's why it is understandable that his exciting struggle actually occurred during the process of compiling his concepts. The books he refers to are quite adequate, from the introductory ones, the Handbook of Semiotics, to the operational manuals of theatrical semiotics such as those by Keir Elam, Elaine Aston, and George Savona. In addition, he also played the concepts of Roland Barthes and Art van Zoest. In this area of conceptualization, this book seems convincing.
