Environmental problems over time get worse. Environmental damage is happening more and more. Forest fires, illegal logging, earthquakes (volcanoes and tectonics), tsunamis, landslides, floods, air pollution, increasing greenhouse gases, noise, mud discharge from the bowels of the earth, and others. The climax, now it has undergone climate change. One of the causes of environmental damage is the uncontrolled and unbalanced increase in population with the improvement of human quality or ability to manage resources. Related to this, every development always sacrifices green land or vegetation. In fact, vegetation has an important role in the ecosystem for environmental quality. Therefore, it needs further attention regarding the urban landscape in Indonesia. Now, very rapid and complex social changes have been born from various aspects. In the industrial era 4.0, many use sophisticated digital technology that makes the world change very quickly so that there is a lot of disruption. Indonesia must produce human resources with leader and fighter characteristics.
