Deskripsi
Quickly increasing tourism activities in the Komodo National Park are reported to be unsustainable under their current regime and development framework. Urgent fresh research is necessary to help develop transformative policies that promote sustainable tourism that will protect the local environment and ensure equitable distribution of proceeds among all stakeholder. This book describes various problems experienced by local communities, tourism actors and all stakeholders in tourism activities in Labuan Bajo-Komodo, and also comprehensive picture of the economic value of the TNK area in West Manggarai Regency. Readers are presented with an analysis of the factors that influence the number of tourist visits to TNK tourism objects as well as the economic value of tourist objects in the KNP area. Therefore, this book might be used as a reference to expand the scope of environmental science which is not limited to multidisciplinary but will shift to trans-disciplinary.
