Deskripsi
The book The Traveling Cat Chronicles tells the story of a true and touching friendship between humans and a cat named Nana and her master named Satoru. This book consists of two parts, namely the story of Nana and Satoru, then the story of Satoru's past with his friends at school. This novel has part of the narrative from the cat's point of view, which allows readers to feel the cat's feelings directly from what the cat says. The cat in this novel is a stray cat who was adopted by a single man named Satoru. Judging from the unique shape of the cat's tail, Satoru named the cat Nana, which means seven in Japanese and symbolizes good luck. The journey in this book begins when Satoru tells Nana that he can no longer care for Nana. It is not known exactly why Satoru said this. Satoru really wanted someone who could take care of Nana with love and sincerity, so Satoru thought of sending lots of e-mails to his best friends from school and offering them to take care of his cat.
