Sampe kena violation belom balikin bukunya tp gimana ya❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹 my heart shattered. i have no reviews to write but this book is extremely hurtful at the few last pages and oh my god, the plot twist!!!!! 😭😭😭😭 it left me stay still at my bed, staring at the wall. from the past timeline to the present one, every chapter pulled me deeper until i couldn’t put it down. the love story is so tender and fragile, but also devastating in that way that makes you want to hug the book to your chest and just breathe for a second. it gives me a classical vibe since the past is set on 40s. the emotional tension? insane. the heartbreak? unavoidable. the writing? soft and sharp at the same time. i swear, the ending had me frozen. i literally couldn’t think about what to read next because nothing feels like it’ll hit the same way for at least a week. it’s one of those books that leaves you grieving characters who feel painfully real. if you’re looking for something that will ruin you a little—in that beautiful, unforgettable way—this is it.

A heartbreaking story in one timeline, and a happily ever after in the other. The pace is kinda slow in the beginning, but it picks up fast after a few chapters. The plot twist left me sobbing for HOURS, and I am still yearning for the couple weeks after I put down the book. The story is written in 3 POVs, but it flows well and it wasn't confusing for me. Left an impression on my heart that I'm thinking of buying this book for my personal collection.
